Refund policy

Refund policy

All sales are final. Thir13een sells digital downloads: vocal presets, bundles and guides. Because a download cannot be returned, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

Before you buy

Try the free Toronto Warmth preset first to confirm the format works in your Logic Pro X or GarageBand setup. Each product page lists the DAW and version it supports.

If something is wrong with your download

If a file is missing, will not open, or does not match its description, email contact@thir13een.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We will replace the file or send the correct one.

Duplicate purchases

If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, email us with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate.
